Welcome to our website! My name is Adam Claydon-Platt, and I've created this site to help make starting a business in Australia easy for you.
Starting a business in Australia enables you to take control of your life. You can work your own hours, you have the potential to earn much more than any employee can, and most importantly, you can do what you love - not what you have to.
Just follow the easy steps on the left, and you'll learn everything you need to know about how to set up, maintain, and grow your business to the point where you can quit your boring job, and spend your life doing what you love.

But success is not as great if it's only for yourself. That's not the point of this site. So why are we doing this?
My motive is this:
Business has given me more freedom and happiness than I ever imagined. I think everyone in the world should run their own small business. Recently though, I've noticed that living a life of success is fun for a while, but soon gets boring. There will always be more things to buy, or places to see... we in the Western World (and especially in Australia!) have the best quality of life I've ever experienced. But it's hard to feel satisfied when there are so many millions of people around the world suffering, and in need. So I realised that I wanted to give something back; make a difference to those who really need it, and ultimately, do my part to heal the world. So I had to start thinking globally.
We could just keep our fingers crossed, and hope that governments iron out their own problems, and eventually get their act together and improve the quality of life for their citizens. But unfortunately, Government changes too slowly. If we want to see a noticeable difference to the quality of peoples' lives in the developing world, we have to start taking action right now.
The problem is, if you want to make a difference, you most certainly need capital. Charity is impossible if you can't even pay your own bills... sure, I could sponsor a child for a few dollars a day, or volunteer and help the locals build schools. These are both very admirable things to do... but then, there's millions of people out there in need, and I'd only be helping a few...
Having more capital allows you to make a bigger difference. And business is the best way (besides the lottery) for anyone to raise capital. Look at all the rich and successful people on Earth - Imagine if they all gave a percentage of their wealth to charity etc. in poorer countries - it would make a much bigger difference than we could ever hope to make by giving a few dollars a day... Look at Bill Gates. He made billions, and is now giving billions away to many of the world's greatest causes... if we could all be a little more like Bill, the world would be a better place.
So here is my plan; our Mission Statement:
This site gives you a Complete suite of tools / services at extremely low rates, to help you from A - Z with Starting a small business in Australia. 50% of all profits we make from providing these services to you is donated to our preferred Charity Organisations, or any charity you wish to nominate.
In turn, every one of you that we help to start your own business in Australia, I ask that you also do your part.
Our rates are so low, to ensure that your business succeeds, without getting weighed down with the heavy costs which are usually incurred when starting your own business. We are even happy to offer financial assistance to those of you who don't have enough funds to start your own business. We ensure you succeed, because your success not only gives you time and financial freedom, but can also help the poor too!
After we help you set up your own profitable business in Australia, help us realise our goal of giving a better quality of life to everyone in the world, by donating 10% of your new company's profits to charity too. That way, everyone benefits - you get your very own business, the poor and developing countries get your monetary support, and we get one step closer to achieving our goal of giving them a better quality of life! Everyone sleeps better at night.
Which leads us to our ultimate, audacious, goal:
To teach those in the developing / undeveloped world the skills to allow them to start their own business too, and in turn, raise precious needed capital for them to be able to give back themselves, to help others start their own business too...
The private sector is the fastest and most effective way to make a difference. Richard Branson said it best: "harness the might of the commercial sector to your cause... it's much more effective than charity."
The more companies we help to get started in Australia, the more combined capital we will all be donating to the cause.
In future, we plan to develop sites similar to this one, with similar services, for those in poor, developing countries too. In the meantime, We feel that the future of the developing world depends on their education, and access to opportunity. If more people in those countries can become educated, they will have more opportunities in future, and will be better equipped with the skills required to build up the infrastructure etc. in their own countries. There are also many people in developing countries who have sufficient education, desire, and the will to start business in their own country, but lack the funds to do so.
For these above reasons, we always donate to causes which:
a) allow the people access to a better standard of education, and
b) which give locals the funding they need to start entrepeneurial activities in their own developing countries (Read more about the Charity Organisations we donate to).
It's a big goal. And we don't expect it to happen overnight. But just remember that it all starts with you. From the moment that you pay us, for example, to design your website, and the moment that your own company starts making a profit... the capital flow starts, and for as long as I live, I'll ensure that the capital keeps flowing into this cause, to help others in the developing world enjoy their life as much as we're lucky enough to be able to do in Australia.
